At the same time, we created such a system to further increase our own service level and to ensure that the work continues without interruption. We worked with a professional software company for 8 months on the software of the program and completed the project in 2 years.

The DentalNet system, which allows for immediate intervention and brings many other innovations, is being implemented for the first time in the world by SPECİAL DL FREZE. Those who will use the system will be able to log in to our www.egeverse.com web address with the username and temporary passwords on a card in the CD we prepared and see all the work in our laboratory immediately. When the work sent by the dentist enters our laboratory, a tracking number is sent to the doctors mobile phone via SMS so that he/she can follow the work in question. It is possible for our doctors to follow the stage of the work and other work, if any, by entering our website and using the relevant tracking number. They can see when the work came to our laboratory, which technicians it passed through, the name of the raw materials used during the work and with which lot number we brought it to the country. We know how important the source of the raw material is for our doctors. Therefore, we share with peace of mind in our system that all of our imports are made from Europe, the details and that it is CE certified. Physicians can also track the estimated turnaround time of the work, when it will reach them, and the estimated account summaries related to the work from the system. We believe that communication, harmony, and trust between the patient and the physician will be strengthened thanks to the system that allows the entire workflow diagram to be monitored.

CONTINUOUS EDUCATION

The biggest advantage of the system for us is that it provides the chance to intervene immediately in possible disruptions and delays during process production. Since we define all the processes in our system, which we follow from 3 separate panels: work registration, technician screen and control screen, we can determine the start and end time for each stage. If the work is not finished at the specified time, the system gives us a warning. For example, as soon as the work enters our laboratory, we define the time it needs to leave a department, and if this time is exceeded, the system warns us and the person on the control screen calls the relevant department to find out the reason for the delay. If there is a disruption, it provides the opportunity to intervene at that moment, not after it has happened.
